Red Ninja Studios is an exciting, agile business with big ambitions. We are rapidly expanding.

We are looking to find a real self-starter, someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, helping us run the business side of the studio.


General admin, such as answering the phone, taking messages, greeting visitors and making them feel welcome, monitoring of the generic Red Ninja email account.
Basic project support – writing up minutes/actions, entering information and data onto systems, documenting project progress & updates
Basic finance support – documenting historical and current records, data entry, creating and using spreadsheets
Purchasing support – buying items both online & locally, securing and comparing quotes from suppliers
Basic HR/internal communication support – documenting staff records, sending team emails, working towards keeping the team well informed
Running errands and helping out around the studio.


Have a strong attention to detail
Experience with either Microsoft Office or Google Docs & Google Sheets
Ability to keep to strict deadlines and follow directions quickly and accurately
An agile mind and an ability to learn quickly
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan your own workload
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to respect the need for confidentiality
A polite and friendly telephone manner
High degree of ICT literacy
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Reliable and honest

35 hours per week


This role is fixed term role for 7 months and will be paid national minimum wage for 35 hours per week. There is an opportunity for the right person to be offered a full time position at the end of the 7 month period.


These roles are subsidised by Liverpool City Council as part of the Liverpool Ways to Work Employer Wage Incentive programme. In order to be eligible to apply you need to meet the following criteria:

Currently be unemployed (this could also mean you are a self-employed freelancer or recent graduate).
Aged between 16 and 29 (passport or birth certificate will be required).
You are a Liverpool resident (i.e., you have a purple wheelie bin!).
