We are looking for the right person to join our team to help drive our social media marketing activity in order to generate a high level of web traffic and customer engagement across our business. This is a 3 month fixed term role (with the potential to become permanent).
We need someone who is passionate about Social Media and its impact on businesses, has an interest in marketing and understands how content and visuals can affect the perception of a brand, and has natural creative flair for producing original designs. Above all, we are looking for a person who can bring new ideas to the table about the best way to use Social Media to grow our business. We don’t want someone who needs lots of instruction or micro-managing, so it is important you are self-starter, have good time-management skills and can work both as part of a team and on your own.
JOB DESCRIPTION/ MAIN DUTIES
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing several Social Media channels simultaneously and provide authentic content (text and visuals) according to the developed plan and business goals
Work on engagement of users and generate, publish, and share engaging content regularly
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Work with our partners to design co-branding SM campaigns
Contribute to the design of our wider SM strategy and implement it to align with business goals
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
A graduate with a relevant degree or proven work/intern experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing
Ability to generate and deliver creative and engaging content (text, image, simple video)
A high level of written English
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people and adapt to rapidly changing objectives

HOURS OF WORK
40 hours per week
This is not a salaried position initially (although we will cover daily expenses). However, it does have the opportunity to become one for the right person.
